While the holidays are often associated with joy and celebration, they can also bring stress, grief, and loneliness. You’re not alone, and there are ways to navigate this challenging time.

Join us for a free community event to explore ways to cope with the holiday blues. Julie Evans and David Fife from Roots & Roads Community Hospice Foundation will give a presentation, followed by light refreshments and an opportunity to connect with fellow community members.
